RN MCU
Location
- West Burlington, Iowa
Schedule
- Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Unit Overview
- Medical Care Unit with less acute patients who may be awaiting placement to long-term care
- Unit is shared with Inpatient Rehab, and the nurse may float between the two units
- Patient populations include geriatric, medical/surgical, adult, telemetry, and psychiatric patients
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Iowa
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Driver's License
- Experience with Epic
Preferred Qualifications
- Telemetry experience
Additional Notes
- May occasionally be placed on call during low census
- If called in, must be able to arrive on-site within one hour
