    Overview

    • Shift: Day, 5x8 hours

    • Shift flexibility: Start time may vary between 6:00 AM and 12:00 PM

    Required Qualifications

    • Valid Radiation Therapist license in California
    • Radiation Therapist (1 year of experience)
    • Radiation Therapist experience within the last year
    • ARRT (T)
    • BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

    Preferred Experience

    • Elekta experience
    • Mosaiq experience
    • AlignRT experience

    Role Summary

    • Performs routine and specialized radiation treatments according to the physician’s treatment plan.
    • Works independently and uses clinical judgment to deliver safe, precise, and timely care.
    • Communicates effectively with patients, families/support groups, and other healthcare providers.
    • Follows local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to protect privacy and safety.
    • May perform specific procedures and orient other staff to the department.
