Job Overview

• Travel/contract role in Warrensville Heights, Ohio
• Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
• Contract options listed as 13–20 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Med Surg / Telemetry (1.5 years of experience)
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Schedule

• 36 hours per week

Additional Hiring Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID
• Background check before start
• Monthly EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• Monthly HHS/OIG check
• Fingerprinting required within 48 hours of signed contract
• Education verification required
• Primary source license verification within 30 days of start
• Nursys verification within 30 days of start
• Baseline competency exam in medication and ECG at orientation
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit mask clearance within 12 months of start
• Tdap vaccination or approved exemption
• TB screening or chest X-ray, depending on history
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation
• Drug screen within 12 months of start
• Flu documentation required seasonally
• Eye exam within 1 year of start
• 2 references from employment within 1 year of start
• Employment application with 3 years of prior work history, including at least 2 years of acute care clinical practice in a similar area
• Annual skills checklist
• Ohio BCI/FBI fingerprint result attestation
