Description
LTC RN
Location
- Beaver Dam, Wisconsin
Contract
- 8 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- Evening shift
- 8-hour shifts
Setting
- Nursing home attached to a hospital
- 70 residents/beds
- Common patient population includes dementia, frail elderly, and rehabilitation
Required Qualifications
- RN license
- BLS certification
- Elderly experience
Key Responsibilities
- Charting
- Assessments
- Charge duties
- Medication administration
- Clinical skills including IVs, catheters, and ostomy care
Unit Details
- RN ratio: 1:20
- LPN ratio: 1:20
- CNA ratio: 1:8
- IVs are present
- No tele monitors
- Floating required
- No on-call requirement
Schedule
- Block scheduling
- Every other weekend
- Must be available for at least half of the holidays during the assignment
Additional Notes
- Any solid color scrubs; clean and professional
- Must clock in and out at the facility
- If previously worked for this employer, there must be an end date at least 6 months before submission
