Job Details

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New Jersey
• Hospice Palliative Care RN experience within the last year
• 2 years of experience as a Hospice Palliative Care RN
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience in a Home Care setting
• Experience with Epic
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

• HHS/OIG check
• Education verification or diploma/transcript
• NURSYS verification
• State license primary source verification
• Orientation Safety Manual acknowledgement
• Pass/fail dysrhythmia testing for applicable units
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable
• Competency exam, as applicable to profession/specialty
• Color blind testing within 1 year of start
• Facility-specific non-employee access form
• Badge photo
• Personal or auto insurance for home health assignments
• Car registration for home health assignments
• Physical exam within the last 12 months
• Fit testing within the first week of assignment
• Negative TB screening or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• TB questionnaire
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity or documentation
• Drug screen within 6 months of start
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption
• Eye exam with visual acuity of 20/40 or better
• Latex questionnaire
• 2 professional references within the last 2 years worked
