RN - NICU - Travel
Location
- Moreno Valley, California
Schedule
- Nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- 36 hours per week
- 12-hour shifts
Contract Length
- 8 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (1 year of experience)
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
- BLS
- NRP
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care experience
Preferred Experience
- 3 years of PEDS/PICU experience
- May float
Key Responsibilities
- Perform neonatal assessments, reassessments, care planning, medication administration, treatments, documentation, patient/family education, and communication with the care team
- Follow patient safety, infection control, blood transfusion, disaster, restraint, and core measure policies
- Provide NICU-specific care including fluid and nutritional calculations, blood sampling, UAC line management, bedside monitoring, ventilator familiarity, and age-appropriate assessment and intervention
