- Day shifts
- 40 hours per week
- Typical shift times include 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM, and 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
- No weekends

- Ages 8–100
- Common diagnoses include musculoskeletal and orthopedic cases; one clinic also specializes in neuro
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Illinois
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS certification
Experience
- One year of experience is preferred
Additional Details
- Treats 8–10 patients per day
- Business casual dress code
- Day-one HR orientation, followed by 2–3 days with charting blocks
- PT manager/supervisor is available during the day
