- Provides direct patient care, implements care plans, and coordinates discharge needs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Rehabilitation (2 years of experience)
- Rehabilitation experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIH Certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License

- Preferred experience in inpatient rehab
- Influenza vaccine exemptions/declinations are accepted, but a mask is required at all times
- COVID-19 declinations are not accepted
- MMR, varicella, and Tdap declinations are not accepted
- Fit test is required for all travelers
- Optional items: hiring manager evaluation, unit-specific checklist, positive PPD/negative chest X-ray and annual TB questionnaire, name change document
