PreOp RN
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Tracy, California
- Day shift: 5x8 hours, 9:30–18:00
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Preoperative (3 years of experience)
- Preoperative experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Ambulatory Surgery experience
- Experience with Epic
Preferred Qualifications
- EPIC experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Facility Details
- Acute care hospital
- 81 staffed beds
- Scrub color for RNs: Navy Blue
- Free parking in any unrestricted space
Additional Notes
- Charting system: EPIC
- Background check required within 6 months of start, including 7-year history review and FACIS Level 3 screening
- Sex offender search required within 90 days of start
- TB screening and other standard health documentation are required before start
- Candidate must review and sign job description, standards of business conduct, general regulatory orientation, and other required onboarding documents prior to start
