Job Overview

• Location: Richmond, Virginia
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Shift: Night, 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Hours per week: 36
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Local candidates: Accepted at the same rate

Required Qualifications

• Valid Virginia RN license; temporary RN licenses are not accepted
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience
• NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• ACLS issued by the American Heart Association
• BLS issued by the American Heart Association
• NRP
• Experience with Epic

• TB screening and TB questionnaire
• Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella titers
• Hepatitis B titer, vaccine series, or declination
• Drug screening within 60 days of start
• Flu vaccine or approved exemption
• 2 references
• Complete application/resume
• Skills checklist, updated annually

Orientation / Onboarding

• Pharmacology exam, point-of-care testing, and airborne precaution mask fitting are completed at orientation
• Unit modules are assigned during orientation and must be completed by the Friday of orientation week
