ICU RN
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Berkeley, California
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00–19:30
- Weekend requirement: every other weekend and as needed by the unit
- On-call: as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (3 years of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Float Scope
- May float to other units within scope of practice
- May float to Summit or Herrick Campus depending on need/census
- Travelers should be flexible with floating to different campuses or within the hospital
Additional Notes
- This unit sees a lot of Neuro patients
- Shuttle provided if floating is requested
