RN Medical / Surgical/ Telemetry

Overview

Location: West Burlington, Iowa
Employment type: LTA
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: 19:00 - 07:30
Float pool role in Med/Surg, Telemetry, and MCU
Estimated work week: 36 hours, with possible overtime
Every other weekend rotation required
Every other holiday rotation required

Role Details

Provides care to Geriatric, Medical/Surgical, Adult, Psychiatric, and Telemetry patient populations
Traveler will be responsible for self-studying telemetry strips upon acceptance
A basic dysrhythmia test out will be given during orientation and must be passed to work in this float pool

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Iowa
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS
NIH Certification
CPI/MOAB
Driver's License
Experience with Epic
