Overview

Location: Racine, Wisconsin
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: 19:00 - 07:30
Schedule notes: Every other weekend; would consider every 3rd weekend; every other holiday
Floating: May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
Med Surg (2 years of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment
Resume
At least 2 professional references
Skills checklist completed within one year of start and updated annually for specialty
