Description

NICU Respiratory - RRT

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Allentown, Pennsylvania
13-week assignment
7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 3x12s
Every other weekend
Every other holiday
No on-call requirement
40-bed NICU
Traveler will work in both neonatal and pediatrics, depending on need
Scrubs provided

Required Qualifications

Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU (1 year of experience)
Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU experience within the last year
Pennsylvania Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License
RRT
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
Experience working with Neonate or Pediatric patients
Pennsylvania Fingerprints
PA State Exclusions Check
PA Child Abuse Search
PA FBI Fingerprint Clearance
Background check covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years
Minimum of 2 professional references from employment within 12 months of start
Employment application with 7 years of complete work history, including explanations for gaps over 90 days
Physical exam within 2 months of start
COVID vaccine or facility-specific declination
Flu vaccine or approved exemption
Drug screen within 60 days prior to start
Fit mask clearance
RespSafety clearance
Hepatitis B immunity or completed vaccine series
Varicella immunity or 2 vaccines
Rubeola immunity or 2 vaccines
Mumps immunity or 2 vaccines
Rubella immunity or 2 vaccines
Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years of start
Negative TB test or chest x-ray
