ICU Float
Role
- ICU Float RN
- Travel/Contract assignment in San Francisco, California
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Critical Care Float (4 years of experience)
- Critical Care Float experience within the last year
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS
Schedule
- 3 x 12 shifts
- Day/Night rotation as needed: 0700-1930 / 1900-0730
- Weekend rotation required
- No on-call
Float Scope
- True full float position across CPMC Van Ness, CPMC Mission Bernal, and CPMC Davies
- Float required as needed
- Travelers may be scheduled at a different campus each shift
- Mid-shift floating is very rare
