Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio; temporary licenses are not accepted.
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year.
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Driver's License
• License/Certificate Verification including Nursys and Primary Source Verification
• UHS Skills Checklist
• Driver's License/State ID: non-expired photo ID required; address must match candidate profile
• UHS Submission Packet: resume, 2 professional references within the last 2 years, and job application
