Nursery RN

Overview

Travel/Contract assignment in Castro Valley, California
13-week contract
Night shift: 3x12, 19:00-07:00
36 hours per week
On call occasionally
Float scope: MB/PP
Weekend requirement: every other weekend

Role Details

Nursery RN needed
Experience sought: Level II or III NICU, attending deliveries, neonatal resuscitation, and Mother/baby couplet care

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
Experience working with NICU Level 2 or NICU Level 3 patients
Experience with couplet care
Experience attending deliveries
Nursery experience

Preferred Qualifications

NICU with Post Partum experience

Additional Notes

7 weekend shifts required over 13 weeks
