Overview

• Location: Weston, Wisconsin
• Contract length: 7 weeks
• Shift: Days
• Hours: 40 per week
• Department: CVOR RN
• Suites: 1 main CV OR and 1 backup

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Wisconsin
• CVOR experience within the last year
• 1 year of CVOR experience
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience circulating in the Cardio OR (Cardiovascular Operating Room)
• Ability to circulate outside of CVOR specifically C-sections

Schedule and Call

• Shift time: 7:00–15:30
• Occasional coverage until 17:30
• One late-start Wednesday per month
• Call is shared by a team of 3
• Call requirement varies by staffing, up to 15 days per month
• Holiday call is rotated with the team
• Call response time: 30 minutes

Clinical Details

• Common cases include CABG, Valves, TAVR, VATS/thoracotomy, robotic lungs, and aneurysm
• Scrubbing is not required for RNs

Floating

• May float within the main OR or Outpatient Surgery Center only

Additional Notes

• Scrubs are provided
• Orientation is up to 1 week
• Local candidates within 80 miles are subject to reduced client rates
• If the clinician has ever worked for Marshfield, they must have an end date at least 6 months before submission
• Clinicians must clock in and out at the facility
