Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Iowa
• Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Orthopedics experience

Notes

• American Heart Association certification is required for all direct patient care personnel.
• ACLS is required for RNs in CCU, ED, PACU, MICU, and SICU.
• License/Certificate Verification must be dated within 30 days of start.
• COVID-19 vaccine booster, declination, or exemption may be required; declination is not accepted for CA or IL.
• Influenza vaccine, declination, or exemption may be required; declination is not accepted for CA or IL.
• Tdap declinations are accepted only if the assignment does not require Pediatric interaction.
