PACU RN

Role Overview

Travel Registered Nurse role in the Operating Room / PACU / SPD area.
Replacement position for a departing candidate.
1 opening.

Schedule

8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
40 guaranteed hours per week
No call requirement
May be called at home after hours with questions

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (5 years of experience)
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
Must have OR equipment capital purchases and usage of all equipment in OR experience

Preferred Qualifications

CNOR
Ability to multi-task quickly and adapt to continuous changes in the daily schedule

Unit Details

2nd Floor / Operating Room-PACU-SPD
9 ORs in the main unit and 1 OB OR on the OB floor
Patient population includes urology, ortho, gyne, vascular, general surgery, ENT, and spine
Equipment includes Stryker integrated suites, a mako robot for ortho, and 2 DaVinci systems used for urology, general surgery, and gyne

Additional Notes

Scrubs are ceil blue and provided
