Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Attleboro, Massachusetts.
- Shift: Evening, 3x12 hours, 15:00-03:00.
- Contract length: 12 weeks.
- Orientation: 36-48 hours.
- Scrubs provided.
Unit / Setting
- Emergency Department RN.
- Average daily census: 130-150 patients/day.
- Unit has 21 rooms and 31 beds.
- Cares for neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4/5.
- Weekend coverage is every other Friday and Saturday night.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Massachusetts Statewide iCORI release / clearance
- Background check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM
- HHS/OIG
- Massachusetts Nurse Aide Registry Search
- Age Specific Competency Exam
- Photo for badge
- Latex Allergy Questionnaire
- Personal Information form
- Covid-19 2025-2026 Update/Declination
- Physical exam within 1 year prior to start
- N95 fit test within the last 6 months
- Proof of Tdap vaccination after age 18, then Td every 10 years
- Negative TB screening or chest x-ray
- Measles immunity or 2 vaccines
- Mumps immunity or 2 vaccines
- Rubella immunity or 2 vaccines
- Hepatitis B immunity or signed declination
- Varicella immunity or 2 vaccines
- Drug screen within 30 days prior to start
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
- COVID vaccination or approved exemption
- 2 professional references
