Registered Nurse - Endoscopy

Location: Somerville, Massachusetts Specialty: GI Center Outpatient Endo Shift: Rotating Hours: 40 per week Contract Length: 13 weeks Floating: Required On-call: None

Unit Details

• Unit: Endoscopy (no block scheduling)
• Setting: Outpatient endoscopy center focused on elective outpatient procedures
• Patients: Ages 18-95
• Common diagnoses: Colon cancer screenings, rectal bleed, and similar
• Space: 4 procedure rooms, 5 pre-op bays, and 5 PACU bays
• Scrub color: Any color

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• Minimum 2 years of endoscopy (ENDO) experience, including endoscopy experience within the last year
• Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Current ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Valid driver's license

• Up-to-date resume showing 2+ years of matching specialty experience
• 2 recent manager/supervisor references in the matching specialty
• Completed skills checklist for the matching specialty
• Driver's license with an address matching the candidate's demographics
• RTO must be included at submission; it is not guaranteed after confirmation
