Job Opportunity: Diagnostic Imaging Technologist

Position Details

Specialty: Diagnostic Imaging
Location: Waimea, Hawaii
Facility: Kauai Veteran's Memorial Hospital
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Day/Night Shift, includes weekends and holidays, and being on-call.

Job Responsibilities

Perform CT and X-Ray procedures.
Work independently.
Must be available for overtime.
Must be within 20 minutes of the hospital when on call.

Requirements

Appropriate certification required (BLS/BCLS).
Must be able to work during holidays, with pay based on hours worked on specific holidays (New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day).

Additional Information

Once confirmed for the position, candidates must communicate their date of arrival on the island and any remaining compliance items via the Medefis portal.
