Staffing: Approximately 120 staff members
Shift Staffing Example:
- Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, 1-3 sitters
- Night Shift: Similar staffing as day shift
Patient Ratios: Per California Title 22 regulations
Typical Procedures: Deliveries, C-sections, other L&D or related cases
EMR System: Meditech / CPN

Required Certifications and Licenses

Registered Nurse License (California)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
AWHONN (Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
