Registered Nurse (RN) Educator - Family Birthplace Unit
Location: Pittsfield, Massachusetts
Facility: Berkshire Medical Center
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
Seeking an RN Educator for the Family Birthplace Unit with a focus on educating operating room circulation for C-sections. This role requires very high proficiency in Labor & Delivery (L&D) or circulating during C-sections. Straight L&D RNs will not be considered.
Requirements
Experience & Education
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 3 years of educator experience, including experience within the last year
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Labor and Delivery experience
- Operating Room (OR) circulation experience
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
Certifications & Licenses
- ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

- Facility will not pend upon offer; all certifications and licenses must be current and uploaded with profile
- No candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will be considered
