Physical Therapist Opportunity

Location: Kearney, Nebraska
Facility: Good Samaritan Society

Job Details

Specialty: Physical Therapy
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Settings: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) ~80%, Home Health (HH) ~20%
Primary/Base Location: St John's
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility to shift to Saturday-Thursday or Tuesday-Sunday
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Supervision:
- Supervising 1 Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Primary PT available for Home Health
- Therapy Supervisor onsite
New Graduates: Accepted
Software Used: Net Health SNF and HCHB for Home Health
Productivity Expectations:
- 80% for SNF
- 95% for Home Health

Additional Notes

BLS certification required
No on-call or call-back duties available or billable
Local rates apply within 80 miles or if using Good Samaritan Society housing
No charge differential at Good Samaritan facilities
Backouts or quits with less than 14 days' notice incur a $500 fee
