CT Tech Travel Opportunity - Orange Park, Florida

Position Overview

• Specialty: CT Tech
• Location: Orange Park, Florida
• Employment Type: Travel
• Contract Length: 12 weeks

Facility & Unit Information

• Unit: CT Department, Main Building
• Number of CT Scanners: 3 (2 GE and Siemens)
• Staffing: 2 techs on overnight shift
• Documentation Systems: Meditech and GE Centricity
• Floating Policy: May float to main department
• Dress Code: Black scrubs (HCA Division policy)
• Call Requirements: Minimal call required
• Work closely with ER team to expedite patient care efficiently

Job Requirements & Skills

• Certifications Required:

  • ARRT CT
  • Florida CT License
  • BLS
• Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year CT experience
  • Must have GE equipment experience
  • Trauma and Stroke experience preferred
• Advanced Skills:

  • Terra Recon or reformat experience on any platform
• Procedures:

  • Standard CT scans only (no invasive CT procedures on this shift)

Patient Care & Environment

• Patient Experience: AIDET communication, friendly and patient-focused
• Supports ER department with turnaround times, stroke, and trauma cases efficiently
• Strong leadership and tenured team
• Fast-paced environment with supportive management
