Nuclear Medicine Technologist Opportunity - Omaha, Nebraska
Position Details
- Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Technologist (Nuc Med Tech)
- Location: Omaha, Nebraska
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM (some variation in hours)
- Hours: 40 hours per week, day shift
Requirements
- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB Certificate
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Radiation badge provided by client
- Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all patient care departments; refusal to comply may result in contract termination
- DOT Certification preferred at start, required within 90 days if contract is extended
- Valid driver's license required at submission to verify candidate is within a 50-mile radius
- Candidates may not be currently employed full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity
Equipment
- Siemens PET/CT Biograph Vision and Siemens E.CAMs available
- No prior experience with this equipment required; training provided
This position is ideal for Nuclear Medicine Technologists seeking a 13-week contract in a hospital setting with a structured weekday schedule and opportunities for equipment training.
