Description

Physical Therapist (PT) - Temp Position

Location: Sioux City, Iowa
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Overview

Provide professional and clinical care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
May float within the same discipline across local campuses.
Must have a taxable address located more than 50 miles from the facility.

Work Schedule & Requirements

36-40 hours per week; overtime billable after 40 hours.
Required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays: Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving.
Limited time off allowed between 11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26 regardless of holidays worked.

Experience & Certification Requirements

Minimum 2 years of previous experience as a Physical Therapist.
At least 1 completed travel contract.
Must hold a valid Iowa state license.
Required documentation at submission:
- Work history/resume
- Skills checklist (completed within 1 year)
- License verification
- Copies of required certifications
- One supervisory reference
- Proof of taxable address (e.g., driver’s license, utility bill, lease agreement, etc.)
