CT Tech Travel Opportunity - Washington (Federal Way)

Position Overview

• Role: CT Technologist
• Location: Federal Way, Washington
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday, 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Shift Type: Night shift
• Weekend Requirement: No weekend rotation required
• Holiday Requirement: Rotation with permanent staff
• Call/Standby: No set call requirements per contract

Experience & Certification Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT experience
• Must have experience with GE CT scanners (2 scanners in department)
• Active Washington State CT license required at time of application
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• ARRT (CT) certification required; CT certification preferred but not mandatory
• Must provide Radiation badge
• Preferred: Ability to start IVs

Department & Work Environment

• Patient Population: Inpatient (ages 15+), outpatient, and ER
• Average Scans per Day: 50-60 general CT studies
• Equipment: GE CT scanners
• EMR/PACS Systems: EPIC and McKesson PACS
• Supervision: Monday-Friday supervisor; evening lead for x-ray; night shift has one x-ray and one CT tech
• Radiologist Coverage: Off-site after 5 PM and on weekends

Orientation & Additional Information

• Orientation: 1 week of department-specific orientation (25+ hours expected during first 2 weeks, but not guaranteed)
• Dress Code: Any colored professional scrubs
• Candidate Profile: Seeking a team player who can function independently
