Description

Job Opportunity: Rehabilitation Therapy - Contract

Location: Globe, Arizona
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details:

Patient Load: 13-15 patients per day
Work Hours: 10-hour days
Work Setting: Split time between 2 clinics within a 1-hour drive
Patient Mix: Approximately 80% inpatient, 20% outpatient

Requirements & Conditions:

Flu vaccine is mandatory, no exceptions
Candidates with a permanent address within 100 miles of the facility are not eligible
Return to Office (RTO) requests limited to no more than 3 days during the 13-week contract
Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the assignment; guaranteed hours do not apply
