CT Technologist Position - Port Angeles, Washington

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Required Certifications and Licensure

• Current ARRT registry required
• Washington State certification required for at least two specialties, one of which must be bone density, CT, quality management special procedures, or mammography
• BLS certification required or able to obtain and maintain

Education

• Completion of formal Radiologic Technology training
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent
• Mammography-specific candidates must meet certification requirements in mammography

Experience

• Two years of radiology experience preferred
• One year experience in a secondary specialty preferred
• Thorough knowledge of specialty theory, procedures, safety precautions, and effects
• Demonstrated ability to perform high-quality procedures in relevant imaging modalities
• Experience or knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy preferred for CT and MRI specialties
• Mammography-specific: Two years experience in mammography imaging and diagnostic procedures preferred
• Experience with electronic patient information systems and/or mammography tracking systems preferred

Schedule

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• 3 shifts of 12 hours each (3x12s)
