Unit Information

• Unit: Women’s/NICU
• Beds: 24 LDRP beds and 10 NICU beds
• Patient Ratios:

  • 1:1-2 patients (general)
  • 1:4 postpartum
  • 1:4 well infants
  • 1:2-3 NICU
• Staffing: RN, Unit Coordinator (UC), Patient Care Technician (PCT), Lactation support
• Equipment: Fetal Monitoring, Alaris IV Pumps
• Documentation System: CPN
• Scheduling: 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Floating Policy: No floating required
• Dress Code: Black and Hot Pink uniform

Required Skills & Certifications

• Certifications:

  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Skills:

  • Fetal Monitoring (required)
  • Experience with labor and C-section procedures
• Advanced Skills: Not specified beyond fetal monitoring and procedures

Experience Requirements

• Years of Experience in Specialty: Minimum 2 years
• Prior Travel Experience: Not specified / not required

Contract Length

• Duration: 13 weeks
