Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room / Perioperative

Location: Quincy, California

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Operating Room / Perioperative team. The RN will provide patient-centered care throughout all phases of surgery including pre-operative, intraoperative, and post-operative care. Responsibilities include circulating and scrub roles, assisting surgeons and anesthesia providers, preparing and maintaining the sterile field, supporting patient recovery, and ensuring safe and efficient surgical care.

Shift Information

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts
• On-call required
• Minimum 2 weekends per month on call plus additional call during the week

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Active California RN License
• Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong knowledge of perioperative standards and sterile technique

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of operating room or surgical nursing experience
• Experience in circulating and/or scrubbing roles
• Background in acute care or outpatient surgery centers preferred
