Description

CT Technologist Position - Denville, New Jersey

Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Required Credentials and Onboarding Requirements

Certifications

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
    American Heart Association or Red Cross certification required for onboarding.

  • DCI/BVP (Workplace Violence Prevention)
    Can be completed via Relias, Healthcare Staffing Hire, or similar platforms.

Licenses

  • Professional License/Certificate Verification
    Primary source verification of professional license/certification required within 30 days of start and must be updated upon expiration.

Personal Health History

  • COVID-19 Vaccine
    Two COVID-19 vaccines plus booster required or completed declination.

  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
    Proof of two vaccines or positive titer showing immunity.

  • Fit Test
    Annual respirator fit test required. Must be completed prior to start if onsite testing is not available.

  • Hepatitis B
    Vaccination required; declinations not accepted at certain facilities.

  • Influenza Vaccine
    Required during flu season (Nov 1 - Mar 31) or declination completed; declinations not accepted at some locations.

  • TB Test
    Must be within one year of start date.

  • Varicella
    Vaccination or titer showing immunity required.

  • Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis)
    Required; declinations not accepted at some facilities.

  • Physical/Health Statement
    Annual clearance to work required; must be completed within 60 days of start for some locations.

  • Positive PPD - Negative Chest X-Ray
    Optional.

Professional Requirements

  • Driver's License/State ID/Passport
    Required for onboarding.

  • Prime OIG Check
    Must be completed.

  • Prime Criminal Background Check
    National background check within one year of start date required. Some states and units require completion before assignment start.

  • Prime SAM/EPLS Search
    Must verify exclusion status with visible date of search.

  • Prime Agency Attestation
    Completed after all credentials are uploaded with up-to-date information.

  • Prime Badge Photo
    Clear JPEG headshot with plain background required.

  • Prime Form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification)
    Agency attestation accepted.

  • Prime Education Verification
    Required.

  • Prime Resume and References
    Resume and two professional references required for submission.

  • Prime Orientation Packet
    Includes "Essentials" form and post-test; must be uploaded.

  • Prime Job Description
    Signed by employee.

Testing and Competency

  • Prime Core Competencies Exam
    Must score 80% or higher.

  • Prime Specialty Exam
    Must score 80% or higher.

  • Prime Skills Checklist
    Required.

Drug Screening

  • Prime Drug Screening
    Minimum 10-panel test including THC within 60 days of start.
    For California locations, a two-component test is required: 10-panel urine test excluding THC and a psychoactive THC saliva test.

This position requires thorough credential verification and compliance with health and safety standards prior to onboarding.
