CT Tech Travel Position - Farmington, New Mexico

Facility Overview

• Level III trauma center with 198 beds
• Provides medical, surgical, rehabilitation, childbirth, cancer, nephrology, pediatric, behavioral health, day surgery, imaging, and lab services
• Serves the Four Corners region (New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Utah)

Position Details

• Specialty: CT Imaging and General Radiography
• Role: CT / Radiologic Technologist
• Employment Type: Travel
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
• Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed, including weekend hours (36)
• Call: Periodic call required
• Float: Yes, to radiology department
• Number of Openings: 1

Requirements

• Certifications:

  • ARRT (R)(CT)
  • BLS (American Heart Association)
  • New Mexico licensure (can be obtained during onboarding)
• Experience:

  • New graduates accepted
  • Must have experience with GE CT scanners
  • Must have experience with trauma cases, biopsies, and CT drainage procedures

Unit Information

• Equipment:

  • GE CT scanners: 64 slice, 32 slice, and 16 slice models
• EHR System: Cerner
• Patient Population: All ages and types
• Number of CT scanners: 2 at main campus, 1 at outpatient center
• Trauma Level: 3
