Travel RN – Mother/Baby Unit
Location: Winchester, Virginia
Facility Type: Regional referral hospital with 495 beds
Position Details
- Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN) – Mother/Baby
- Unit: Mother/Baby Nursing (24 beds)
- Employment Type: Travel
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Night shift, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM (3x12-hour shifts)
- Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed hours
- Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend
- Holiday Requirement: 1 major and 1 minor holiday
- On-Call: None
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Mother & Baby nursing
- Travel Experience: Must have completed at least two travel assignments
- Certifications:
- BLS (AHA only)
- Virginia State or Compact Nursing License
- EMR: Epic experience required
- Patient Ratio: 1:4 couplets (mother and newborn)
- Float: Not required
- Dress Code: Navy scrubs, per facility dress code policy
