CT Tech Position - Colorado, Brighton

Job Summary

• Perform general CAT scans of chest, abdomen, spine, extremities, fluoroscopy, and pediatric exams.
• Complete post-processing in a timely manner.
• Perform CT angiographies (CTAs) with post-processing.
• Scan trauma patients efficiently and promptly.
• Handle medications during distribution or administration as required.
• Access secured drug storage areas when necessary.
• Minimize radiation exposure to patients, self, and staff.
• Maintain high quality and image production standards.
• Provide leadership in coordinating radiology care across various settings.

Contract Length

• Approximately 13 weeks (91 days converted to weeks).

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Tech.
• Demonstrated reliability and effective communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, independent judgment, and decision-making abilities.
• Contribute to departmental planning and process improvement.
• Participate in departmental and modality meetings.
• Assist in orientation and training of new associates and students.

Radiation Badge Requirement

• A personal radiation monitoring badge (dosimeter) is required.
• Providers are encouraged to use an existing badge from a previous assignment if available.
• New badges will not reflect prior exposure history.
