Physical Therapist Job Opportunity

Location: Worthington, Minnesota

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• No weekends or holidays required

Job Description

• Evaluate and treat a variety of outpatients
• Outpatient setting preferred but not required
• No floating to other units or departments

Required Skills & Experience

• No minimum years of experience required
• Previous outpatient experience preferred but not mandatory

Licensure & Certifications

• CPR certification required
• BLS preferred (mentioned in additional info)

Orientation & Training

• Orientation provided during the first week
• Therapist expected to start seeing patients within the first few days

Work Environment & Dress Code

• Business casual attire (Polo shirts in Ceil Blue, Khaki, Gray, Chocolate Brown or business casual)
• Must badge in and out at the facility
• Use of EPIC electronic medical record system

Additional Notes

• Local placement within 80 miles
• No floating to other departments
• No call or weekend shifts required
