Job Details
- Ratios: 1:1 (Days, Nights, Weekends)
- Daily Census: 20
- Experience Required: 1 to 2 years
- First-timers Accepted: Yes
- Weekend Requirement: 8 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule (Friday/Saturday/Sunday combination)
- On-call Requirement: Yes (one weekend every six weeks and one night per week)
- Floating: May be required within scope to meet facility needs
- Block Schedule: Not accommodated
- Locals Accepted: No (home address must be at least 75 miles from facility)

- Return to Office Restrictions: No more than 7 days

- State license primary source verification required (Missouri licenses via NURSYS)
- IV certification required for LPNs/LVNs in Missouri
- Medication test/pharmacology competency exam required
- Color blind testing within 12 months of start
- Unit-specific competency exams required annually
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask (N95) required and must be renewed annually
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine or declination required
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray required (2-step PPD or equivalent)
- Immunizations or immunity documentation required for:
- Rubeola (Measles)

- Drug testing within 1 year of start, must include specific panels
