Job Opportunity: Critical Care Nurse (Level II Trauma NT/SICU)

Location: Chico, California
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Unit and Patient Population

Level II trauma Neuro Trauma/Surgical Intensive Care Unit (NT/SICU)
12-bed unit with a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
Specializes in neuro/trauma patients
Care for patients with ICP monitors, CRRT, lumbar drains
May float to Cardiovascular Unit, Telemetry Care Unit, ICU/CCU, or Med Surg units as needed

Requirements

Minimum 5 years acute critical care experience (highest required years of experience)
Level II trauma critical care experience required
Current California RN license
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
EPIC charting experience required
Prior travel experience: Not explicitly required

Additional Notes

Must be able to float between multiple units as needed
Agency staff must be W-2 employees of their agency
