    Job Opportunity: RN Labor and Delivery (Travel)

    Location: Clovis, California
    Contract Length: 12 weeks (interpreted as weeks)
    Shift: 36 hours per week, Night Shift


    Job Summary

    Seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery for a travel assignment.


    Required Experience

    • Specialty: RN Labor and Delivery

    • Hepatitis B: Proof of 3 immunizations and positive antibody titer; if negative titer, booster or declination accepted
    • TB Test: Negative test within 30 days of start (skin test, QuantiFERON Gold, or T-spot); if positive, must provide history and chest x-ray within last 5 years
    • Varicella: Proof of 2 immunizations, positive titer, or declination accepted
    • Tdap: Proof of vaccination within past 10 years or declination accepted
    • Influenza Vaccine: Required October - March unless exempted (medical/religious exemptions require approval)
    • Drug Screen: 10 panel standard test within 30 days of start, updated annually; rapid drug screen accepted

    Additional Requirements

    • Health Statement: Signed and dated within 1 year stating ability to work without restrictions
    • Valid Driver’s License or State ID (passport accepted)
    • Background Checks:
      • 7-year county and national criminal background check, SSN trace, employment verification, national sex offender, OFAC, and other federal exclusions within 6 months of first assignment, updated every 3 years
      • Manual searches for OIG, EPLS, OFAC, National Sex Offender, and Medi-Cal Suspended and Ineligible Provider List within 30 days of start and updated annually
    • Professional References: Minimum 2, including at least 1 supervisory reference
    • Skills Checklist: Clinical skills specific checklist to be completed within 1 year of start
    • Various signed acknowledgments and policy packets required prior to or at onboarding

    Work Environment

    • Community hospital setting
    • Night shift schedule
    • Travel assignment with a 12-week duration
