Location: Redding, California

Job Description
- Provide safe patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Deliver direct patient care within scope of practice in the ICU.
- Guide patient/family teaching and supervise other nursing personnel while maintaining ICU standards of care.
- Be accountable for assigned patients and communicate changes in clinical condition to physicians, including hemodynamic monitoring and diagnostic results.
- Respond quickly and accurately to patient condition changes or treatment responses.
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
