Job Requirements

• CHEMO (Chemotherapy): Verify if required based on clinical track
• EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring): Verify if required; AWHONN and NCC-EFM certifications acceptable
• IV Certification (LVN/LPN/Other): Verify if required
• Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB): Verify if required
• NIH Stroke Certification: Required every 2 years unless otherwise specified
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute): Verify if required
• State License: Must have valid professional license; CPDH certificate required for all Respiratory Therapists working in CA
• NURSYS Verification: Required for all RNs
