Job Details

- Daily Caseload: 8-12 patients

- Coronary Artery Disease (diagnostic and intervention)
- Peripheral Vascular Disease (diagnostic and intervention)
- Cardiac Arrhythmias
- Permanent pacemakers
- Departments: Cath Lab (specific departments pending)
- Years of Experience Required: 2 years (highest requirement)
- First-timers Accepted: Yes
- Weekend Requirement: Yes
- Floating Requirement: No
- Call Requirement: Yes
- Orientation: 30 hours
- Pending State License: Candidates with pending Fluoro permits will be considered if application is already submitted
- Return to Office (RTO) Restrictions: Must be approved at time of submission
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
Certifications Required
- ARRT (Note: RCIS only is not acceptable)
- Fluoro Permit
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)

- Background Check (within 45 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years)
- EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks (updated monthly)
- Education Verification (nursing degree verification required)
- State-specific background checks as applicable
- Physical Exam (within 1 year of start)
- Drug Testing (10 panel within 90 days of start)
- Immunizations and Health Documents:
- TDAP (within 10 years or declination)
- Negative TB or Chest X-Ray (within 12 months)
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer
- Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination
- Varicella vaccination or positive titer
- Flu Vaccine during flu season or declination
- COVID vaccine or declination
- Fit Mask test (required for travel starts on or after 2/5/2024, updated annually)
- Respirator Safety Clearance (for travel starts on or after 2/5/2024)
Competencies & Training
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam (as applicable)
- Competency Exams as required by specialty
- Color Blind Testing (if required by unit)
- Specialty-specific WorkRamp training modules (assigned based on region and specialty)
- Epic training modules completion required
References & Employment History
- Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
- Employment application covering at least last 5 years (7 years for APN/Subcontractors) with month/year format for dates worked
- Skills checklist updated annually (if applicable)
