Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, holistic, and therapeutic nursing care to patients and families, promoting quality outcomes.

- Serve as patient and family advocate, ensuring excellent care and participation in decision-making.

- Evaluate patient and family progress and learning, adapting plans as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and expedite patient care.
- Delegate and assign care tasks within scope of practice to other healthcare team members.
- Participate in patient care conferences and document care according to policies and procedures.
