Job Opportunity: RN Step Down - Travel Position
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Position Summary
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with Step Down unit experience for a travel assignment in Cleveland, Ohio.
Required Experience

- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test with negative reads within last 6 months (annual requirement)
- MMR titers (positive within last 15 years or booster protocol)
- Varicella titers (positive within last 15 years or booster protocol)
- Hepatitis B vaccination series or signed declination
- Tdap vaccination within last 10 years (no declinations accepted)
- Fit Test (completed within 1 year prior to start)
- UHS Drug Screen (10 panel, completed within 60 days of start)
- UHS Criminal Background Check (within 6 months prior to start)
- UHS OIG Search (within 6 months prior to start)
- UHS SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC verification (within 6 months prior to start)
- UHS Module Completion Certificate (completion of safety and compliance training modules prior to clearance)
- UHS Badge Photo (professional headshot)
Additional Requirements
- Resume including education and work history
- Two professional references within last 2 years
- Job application and UH Employment History Form (for previous employment verification at University Hospitals)
- Driver’s License or State ID (non-expired)
- UHS Skills Checklist (clinical skills checklist, to be completed once upon initial hire)
- Annual Negative PPD if 2-step PPD not done within past year (optional depending on prior testing)

- Temporary licenses are NOT accepted; must have a valid permanent RN license.
