Description
Job Summary: HVICU Nurse
Specialty
- HVICU nurse with CTSICU/HVICU background/experience required
- Minimum 2 years of specialty experience required
Education & Certification
- Must have a BSN degree
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
Experience
- Previous contract experience required (prior travel experience implied)
- Prior travel experience is required (must have completed at least one prior contract)
Contract Details
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Must be able to work 3 shifts per week for the entire contract duration
- Return to Office (RTO) should not exceed 1 week
- Every Other Week (EOW) schedule required
Additional Requirements
- Must pass various screenings and verifications including:
- Background Check
- Drug Screen
- Competency Exams (including Dysrhythmia Basic A)
- Educational and Employment Verification
- License Verification
- Immunizations: COVID-19, Influenza, Hepatitis B, MMR, TdaP, Varicella
- Fit Mask Test
- Color Vision Screening
- TB Screening
- Various federal and state registry checks (e.g., FACIS, FBI, NURSYS, OIG)
This position is suitable for experienced HVICU nurses with a strong critical care background and prior travel contract experience.
