Work Schedule
- Hours: 07:30 AM – 06:00 PM, 4 days a week
- Call required on weekdays from 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM and 24 hours on weekends

Background and Compliance Requirements

- EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 30 days of start, updated monthly
- Education Verification required for all candidates
- State-specific searches (Washington and Oregon) as applicable
- Employment Application covering at least last 5 years (7 years for APN/Subcontractors)
- Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment within last 3 years (6 months for CNAs)
- Skills Checklists updated annually (if applicable)
- Radiation Badge issued by facility if applicable
Health Requirements
- Physical Exam within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO
- Fit Mask test (N95 or equivalent) required annually; onsite testing available if no recent record
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine within 10 years or declination
- Negative TB test or Chest X-Ray within 12 months, updated annually
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer or declination
- Hepatitis B vaccination series or signed declination (special rules for Alaska placements)
- Varicella vaccination or positive titer or declination
- 10 Panel Drug Screen within 90 days of start (no instant tests)
- Seasonal Flu Vaccine or declination during flu season (9/1–3/30)
- COVID vaccine or declination
