Job Opportunity: RN Medical/Surgical - Iowa (Aledo)

Position Details

  • Specialty: RN Medical/Surgical

  • Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
  • Schedule: Every other weekend, every other holiday

Experience Requirements

    • Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
    • Criminal Background Check (Federal, Nationwide, County for last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start)
    • Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED)
    • EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check dated within 30 days
    • GSA/OIG exclusion check dated within 30 days
    • Iowa-specific Criminal History, Sex Offender, Dependent Adult & Child Abuse Registries check (within 30 days prior to start)
    • Joint Commission CORE Exam within the last year
    • OFAC sanctions check within 30 days of start
    • NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days (MI only includes statewide check)
    • System Access Form (completed and uploaded one week before start)

Health & Immunization Requirements

  • Fit Test
  • Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start, preferred within 14 days; must include MRO signature; excludes THC)
  • COVID-19 Vaccine (proof of booster by Sept 2025, or declination/exemption with agency letterhead; declination not accepted for CA or IL)
  • MMR (proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer)
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series (at least first vaccination prior to start; titers not accepted)
  • Influenza Vaccine (proof of vaccine, declination, or exemption with agency letterhead; declination not accepted for CA or IL; flu season dates apply)
  • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive TB as per regional requirements
  • Varicella (proof of 1 vaccination or IgG titer)
  • Tdap (current, non-expired; declinations accepted if no pediatric interaction)
  • Physical/Health Statement (exam within last year confirming fitness to work)
